Founded in 2017 by Dana and Todd Bellefeuille, The Village Bakery was born from a personal understanding of the challenges faced by those with special needs. Dana, an accomplished pastry chef with over two decades of experience, combined her culinary passion with a heartfelt commitment to create opportunities for individuals often overlooked in the workforce. Her husband, Todd, a dedicated Spokane Valley firefighter, supports this endeavor, making it a true family mission.​

While patrons rave about the bakery's delectable offerings—from themed cakes and pastries to savory soups and sandwiches—the true standout is the team behind the counter.
