Judge Rules Kohberger's Family Can Attend Idaho Murder Trial

A judge has ruled that Bryan Kohberger's family may attend his murder trial, even though they are listed as potential witnesses. The prosecution sought to bar them from the courtroom to preserve witness integrity, but the court found their attendance permissible unless future testimony requires restrictions. It was housed within the Hayden Senior Center on Government Way and had become a trusted fixture for older adults in the region.
