Idaho Removes Lawmakers’ Home Addresses from State Website Following MN Attack

In response to a recent violent incident targeting public officials in Minnesota, Idaho has taken swift action to enhance security for its own lawmakers by removing their home addresses from the state legislature’s official website. The change was made as a precautionary measure after the shooting of two Minnesota police officers and a paramedic who were responding to a domestic violence call at the residence of a man reportedly radicalized by anti-government ideology. Emerald Creek Campground Temporarily Closed Due to Hazard Trees

Emerald Creek Campground in the St. Joe Ranger District has been temporarily closed due to hazardous trees. The closure is a safety measure while crews work to remove the danger. The nearby Emerald Creek Garnet Area remains open. Officials have not set a reopening date but will lift the closure once conditions are safe.
