The Post Falls Pavilion in Post Falls, Idaho, is a year-round indoor food court featuring 19 diverse food and drink vendors under one roof. With seating for 100 guests and amenities like on-site restrooms, it’s designed for comfort in all seasons. Since opening two years ago, it has become a go-to spot for locals and visitors looking to enjoy everything from sushi and smash burgers to Peruvian cuisine and indigenous fare, all while supporting local culinary talent.
Beyond great food, the Pavilion is grounded in community. Each vendor actively contributes through fundraisers, donations, catering, and sponsorships, making it more than just a place to eat, it’s a gathering place. One Year After Fire, Wolf Lodge Steakhouse Plans a Comeback
A year after a fire destroyed the iconic Wolf Lodge Inn Steakhouse near Coeur d’Alene, the restaurant’s management is reflecting on the past while looking forward to a hopeful future.
The beloved log-style steakhouse, known for its rustic charm and wood-fired steaks, was heavily damaged in a fire that broke out in the early morning hours of September 2024. The building, a longtime favorite for both locals and travelers along Interstate 90, was reduced to rubble, leaving a noticeable void in the area’s dining scene. Read More…

Ulm Creek Fire Expands to 400 Acres; Fire Crews Battle Blazes Across Region

A late-August lightning storm triggered 29 wildfires across North Idaho, most of which have been contained. However, several remain active, including the 400-acre Ulm Creek Fire, which has been upgraded to a Type 3 Incident. The Rattle Mountain and Green Mountain fires are also ongoing, with firefighting efforts complicated by terrain and access.
