Founded by Dana and Todd Bellefeuille, the bakery was inspired by their personal experience with special needs and a desire to create meaningful employment opportunities. Known for its homemade soups, pastries, and heartwarming service, the bakery is staffed by a team of dedicated individuals who bring purpose and joy to their work every day.
Beyond delicious baked goods, the Village Bakery is deeply embedded in the community, partnering with organizations like Intercept, Children’s Village, and Down Syndrome Connections to provide training and support. Looking ahead, the bakery plans to host a drive-on car show fundraiser to raise funds for much-needed equipment while bringing attention to local resources for those with special needs. Idaho’s Public Lands at Risk as Senate Proposal Pushes Massive Sell-Off

A new federal proposal could force the sell-off of up to 2.5 million acres of public land, including portions in Idaho. The golf course at Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel has been named the best in Idaho by Golf Digest, earning top recognition in the publication’s 2024-25 rankings.
Located in Worley, the Circling Raven Golf Club stood out among dozens of contenders across the state, thanks to its scenic layout, challenging design, and consistent course maintenance. The ranking reflects input from Golf Digest’s nationwide panel of more than 1,800 raters, who scored courses on shot options, layout variety, aesthetics, conditioning, and overall fun.
