Texas Flood Disaster
104 Dead but searching is still ongoing

A devastating wave of flash flooding across central Texas has claimed the lives of at least 104 people, marking one of the deadliest weather-related disasters in the state's history. Among the victims are 27 young girls from Camp Mystic in Kerrville, a private Christian summer camp that became a focal point of the tragedy after the Guadalupe River surged beyond its banks. Search Intensifies for Armed Fugitive in Sawtooth National Forest

According to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game, Decker (a 45-year-old man wanted in connection with multiple violent crimes, including attempted murder) was spotted Thursday night in the Smiley Creek area, about 40 miles south of Stanley. EPA Begins Sixth Review of Bunker Hill Superfund Cleanup in Coeur d'Alene

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has initiated its sixth five-year review of the Bunker Hill Superfund site, also known as the Coeur d'Alene Basin cleanup, in northern Idaho. This routine assessment is part of an ongoing effort to ensure the long-term safety and effectiveness of the extensive environmental cleanup underway since the site was placed on the National Priorities List in 1983.
